Collection Instructions:

When ordered to determine Rhogam dosage for an Rh negative post-natal mother, an ABO and Rh type will be needed for Rh confirmation.

The ABO and Rh type of the infant should be known.

2 days Refrigerated

Reported as Negative or Positive.

A Kleihauer Betke fetal stain test will reflex from a Positive result.
