Specimen Type: stool

Container/Tube:

Place liquid or soft stool specimen in a sterile cup/container with a secure lid.

Specimen Volume: 0.5 mL
Specimen Minimum Volume: 0.5 mL

Transport to lab within 3-4 hours of collection. Samples may be stored refrigerated for up to 7 days prior to testing.
